Still Sitting? does not collect, store, or share any personal data. No account required. No tracking. No server. Everything stays on your device.
What we collect
Nothing. Still Sitting? has no account system, no sign-in, and no backend server. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personal information.
Data stored on your device
The app stores your reminder settings and stand log locally on your iPhone using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or anyone else. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app.
Security
All data stored by Still Sitting? is protected by iOS device-level security, including any device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID you have configured. We have no access to this data and no ability to retrieve it remotely.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We never see or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment processing. You can review it at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Notifications
Still Sitting? delivers reminders as local notifications - generated entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to any server.
Third-party services
Still Sitting? does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash reporting services. No data is shared with any third party.
GDPR and CCPA
If you are located in the European Union or California, certain privacy laws may apply to you. Because Still Sitting? collects no personal data, there is nothing to request, access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about your rights under these laws as they relate to this app, you are welcome to contact us and we will respond promptly.
Children
Still Sitting? is designed for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone - including children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Because we collect no contact information, we have no way to notify you directly. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
